The AC Kinetics team brings together professionals from a wealth of business and technical disciplines – many of whom have worked together for more than 20 years – in order to bring advanced technologies and software to today’s high technology industries.

Neil Singer, PhD is the President, Chief Technology Officer and founder of AC Kinetics, Inc., a company headquartered in Armonk, New York. Dr. Singer is an optimization expert specializing in dynamic systems. Dr. Singer received his SB in 1983, SM in 1985 and PhD in 1989, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Mechanical Engineering department. His research activities are in the fields of machine design, dynamics, control and optimization of dynamic systems. Dr. Singer has published 39 technical papers, holds 19 patents, and his Input Shaping® technology for machine vibration reduction is taught in dozens of universities and used in millions of machines worldwide. He has also taught several courses at MIT.

Stuart Landow is the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer of AC Kinetics. He has more than 30 years of business management and marketing experience in both the consumer and industrial goods industries. As an expert in advanced technologies commercialization, Mr. Landow manages all facets of AC Kinetics business development, including analyzing markets, marketing strategy, raising capital and overseeing the legal and IP protection processes. Mr. Landow was formerly the Senior Vice President of Purolator Products, marketing consultant to many multi-national consumer and industrial entities, and Chief Executive Officer of Top Source Technologies, a technology development and marketing company that he listed on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Landow holds a BS in Marketing from Farleigh Dickinson University, and he served as an officer in the U.S. Military.

Kenneth Pasch, PhD, P.E, is a research scientist and a Licensed Professional Engineer with expertise in electromechanical modeling and design, systems integration and control, and optimization. Dr. Pasch has experience in both commercial and military applications, e.g. optimizing computer disk drive servo operations, design of advanced active prosthetic and orthotic devices, and applying vibration reduction algorithms to precision machines. He received his SC.D.M.E., M.S.M.E., and B.Sc M.E. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Pasch has published six technical papers, holds 12 patents and has taught courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Tufts University.


Mark Tanquary is a senior engineer who specializes in the design and implementation of high-performance data acquisition systems. Throughout his career, he has designed instrumentation for many applications from precise semiconductor fabrication equipment to large, earth moving machines. Mr. Tanquary received his S.B. in 1976 and S.M. in 1978, both in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds eight patents and has taught courses in instrumentation at MIT and Northeastern University.

Arturo Jumpa is a project engineer. He received his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University. He also holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Math. Previously, Mr. Jumpa worked as an R&D engineer developing automatic testing fixtures, focusing on the embedded and application side programming. Mr. Jumpa also has experience as a manufacturing engineer and data analyst. He is EIT certified in the State of New York.
